ACupunCturE
Acupuncture is an important part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It can be used for a variety of diseases alone or in combination with other therapies. The vital energy “Qi” is regulated and harmonized by needling specific points. These acupuncture points are located on various meridians – a network of energy channels that also connect the internal organs. Sterile, thin, disposable acupuncture needles are placed and left there for at least 20 minutes. In doing so, they unfold their positive effect by restoring the flow of the vital energy “Qi” in the meridians.
Ear Acupunture:
In ear acupuncture, the individual body zones are assigned to specific points on the auricle. These acupuncture points are reflectively connected to the corresponding body zones or organs. Disturbances in certain areas of the body may present themselves as sensitive points on the auricle.
Laser Acupuncture:
Many children, as well as some adults, dislike the insertion of acupuncture needles. This is where laser acupuncture is ideal. The selected acupuncture points are stimulated with a soft laser instead of needles. This creates a regulatory stimulus for the organism, to which the immune system reacts positively. The laser also influences the exchange of biological information between cells and the cell’s metabolism is increased.
Acupressure:
Similar to acupuncture, acupressure treats specific energetic points – but not with needles, but with targeted stimulation by pressing, kneading, rubbing and tapping with the fingers, heels of the hands or knuckles. I often show patients certain points, which they can then treat themselves at home. Acupressur seminar
